1. Book Replacement Policy

Books are eligible only for replacement. Refund will not be provided on books.

Customers must contact us within 2 days of receiving the product if they receive:

• Wrong book

• Damaged book

• Missing pages or printing defect

After verification, replacement will be processed.

2. Clothing Refund Policy

Refund is available only for clothing products if:

• Wrong product is delivered

• Damaged product is received

• Size or product issue from our side

Customer must provide proper unboxing video proof showing that the product received is wrong or damaged.

Without video proof, refund or replacement request may not be accepted.

3. Important Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Request after 2 days of delivery may not be accepted

• Customer-damaged products are not eligible
