1. Book Replacement Policy

Books are eligible for replacement only. Refunds are not available for book purchases.

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery if you receive:

- Wrong book

- Damaged book

- Missing pages

- Printing defects

After verification, a replacement will be arranged.

2. Clothing Return & Refund Policy

Clothing products are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

- Wrong product is delivered

- Damaged product is received

- Incorrect size or product issue from our side

An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is required for verification. Without valid video proof, refund or replacement requests may not be accepted.

3. Return Conditions

- Product must be unused and in its original condition.

- Requests made after 2 days of delivery may not be accepted.

- Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
